The big belly laughs of your toddler. The chaos of a Sunday morning with pancakes, loud music and everyone in their PJs. The endless hours of reading books and drawing, all snuggled up together. These are just some of the small rituals that feel so ordinary right now until one day you reach for them and want something to hold onto.
I know this because I've felt it. The moments I'd give anything to have a photo of aren't the big ones. They're the ordinary ones nobody thought to capture.
That's why I show up for yours.
I'm a family photographer based in Romsey in the Macedon Ranges, former teacher and mum to three beautifully wild kids who are growing up way too fast.
I show up for the moments that are easy to miss — the ordinary, chaotic, beautiful ones that are happening right now. The ones nobody thinks to photograph until they're gone.
I show up to your home with a camera and a genuine interest in your people — and I photograph the life you're actually living. Not a tidied up version. Not a coordinated, everyone-looking-at-the-camera version. The real one. The one that looks like you, sounds like you, feels completely and uniquely yours.
Families who've worked with me say they looked at their photos and felt something they didn't expect. Like someone had seen exactly what mattered.
That's what I'm here to do.
For the families who want photos that finally feel like them.
For the mums who want to hold onto every bit of this.
For when you want to give them a moment they'll never forget.
